Someone call A&E TV, the Sixers are hoarding swing men. What can we make of this? So far this off season the Sixers drafted an athletic swing man, signed a shooter in Nick Young, and then yesterday added yet another shooting swing man, Dorrel Wright, in a trade. So the big question Sixers fans are asking, is Andre Igoudala on his way out? He has to be right? I mean why else would they be making all these moves? Is there a trade to Minnesota still in the works for Derrick Williams? Does Igoudala somehow factor into all this Dwight Howard talk? (No I don't mean Howard to Philly, do not get too excited). But let's look at the 2nd possibility. If Dwight Howard was on his way to let's say Los Angeles, could Igoudala be part of a trade to bring in Pau Gasol? That would help both teams. It would make the Lakers a much more athletic team with Igoudala and Howard teaming up with Kobe and Nash. Pau Gasol, say what you want about him is one of the best big men in the game today, and would bring a star player to the Sixers. Something to make them competitive, and to do what Sixers owners have been craving to do...fill seats. Now these are all just skepticism, but hey you never know, it's the NBA.
